The Wheatsheaf Bramley – Room Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Availability
   We advertise our rooms across multiple booking platforms and do our best to ensure availability is accurate. In the rare case of a double booking or system error, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange alternative accommodation or a full refund.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
   
• Check-in is available from 3:00 PM
• Check-out is by 10:00 AM
  Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charge.
3. Dogs & Pet Policy
   
• Well-behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £15 per stay
• Maximum one dog per room
• Dogs are not permitted on beds or furniture
• Owners are liable for any damage or additional cleaning caused by their pet
4. Cancellations & Refunds
   
• All bookings are non-refundable, regardless of notice given
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay
• We recommend guests take out travel insurance in case of unexpected changes
5. General House Rules
   
• All rooms are non-smoking
• Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest
• We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of serious misconduct or breach of these terms
